Terms of Service

By accessing and using HashCode Technologies' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

HashCode Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI & automation, cloud services, and IT staffing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, use services in compliance with applicable laws, not engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users, and respect intellectual property rights.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payments are due according to agreed milestones or monthly billing cycles. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and designs. HashCode Technologies retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and pre-existing intellectual property. Third-party licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and any other sensitive information disclosed during the project.

HashCode Technologies' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed. Confidentiality obligations survive termination. Clients retain rights to work completed and paid for prior to termination.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond the reasonable control of such party.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
